Session 1:
This is a 15-to-30-minute phone
conversation to learn about your fitness goals, what you are currently doing, andimportant factors like how much time do you have, where do you plan to exercise, and what do you have access to.
You will have access to your own personal online fitness dashboard.
Here you will complete a health history questionnaire so we can learn more about what body type, genetic factors, and total stress level you are currently exposed to.
Additional questionnaires may be assigned to you that relate more closely to your goals or requests from the phone consultation.
Session two: 60-90 minutes
Scientific based physical assessments will determine what areas of your body are already at the desired level to reach your goals, and what areas need some focus to restore Balance, functional stability, and vitality.
You will learn flexibility, mobility, and body weight exercises based on your assessments to start the transformation into the new you.
These exercises will be placed in your online dashboard with pictures, videos, and descriptions so you can have access to them 24 hours a day, and practice on your own before session three.
Session three: 60-90 minutes
We will start with a review of what you have already learned from session two.
Your body may have already adapted a little to the program and may need some adjusting to continue to progress forward.
It is also important that you are performing the activities in your program correctly to avoid injury while achieving the best results possible.
Assessments of functional strength and postural strength required to achieve your health and fitness goals will follow the review process.
You will learn key exercises related to your specific goals that you can perform at home or at the gym depending on what you have access to.
These new exercises will be added to your online dashboard with pictures, videos, and descriptions explaining how to, when and how many of each to do for your best results.
Session four: 60-90 minutes
This session will begin with a review of what you have already learned.
Once again, the body may adapt quick in some areas, and we also want to make sure you are maximizing your results with quality practice of your exercises.
Assessment of power and endurance requirements needed to achieve your health and fitness goals will follow.
We require an amount of power to live a healthy life. Going up or down a flight of stairs requires a degree of power over your body weight.
Throwing a ball requires power over the weight of the ball and the ability to stop your arm after you throw the ball.
Endurance strength is the ability to continuously complete a task for more than three minutes without rest.
Standing in line at the grocery store for more than 3 minutes is an endurance activity, as well as walking, hiking, swimming, and other such activities.
You will learn key exercises related to power and endurance that will transform your body into the stronger, healthier, and fit person you want to be so you can achieve your goals easily.
