Trish was tired, stressed, and unhappy with the way her body had changed over the years. While raising three kids, managing the household, and being the CFO of the company she and her husband own, Trish went from a healthy, energetic, fit person to an unhappy, over weight, tired person with aches and pains.
Then Trish started coaching with Michael Finn. Trish now wakes up with energy to attack her day. She has lost over 35 pounds, her knees and joints are not swollen and sore anymore, her food cravings are no longer around, and she can go out for hikes with her husband again. Trish now wants to start exercising a couple of days a week, and is excited knowing when she and her husband take vacations and someday retire they will be able to travel, be free of medications, and enjoy their active new life.
